What’s included
Assessment sessions
We will assess you in a range of environments, completing a range of daily activities. This will provide us with the information we require to determine what support needs you require.
Standardised assessments
We will identify and complete a minimum of 2-3 standardised assessment tools with you to gather evidence-based information to help support our final recommendations.
Report
We will then develop a thorough report demonstrating your functional capacities and support needs.
